Liebherr R 980

The R 980 excavator is built on a modified version of the R 9100 mining shovel undercarriage with heavy counterweight for mass excavation applications. The excavator features a T4F Liebherr engine with auto-idle, 4 working modes, boom float for increased flow to other cylinders, vertically-integrated key components, and improved visibility with 360-degree camera option. The R 980 is also available in a plug-in electric configuration fully designed and manufactured by Liebherr.
